Mark S. Schwartz, was born in Chicago, Illinois. He graduated from Northwestern University in 1971 with a B.A. degree and from John Marshall Law School in 1976 with a Juris Doctor degree. Mr. Schwartz was admitted to the Illinois Bar and U.S. District Court, Northern District of Illinois in 1976. He has worked with Bryan V. Reed for nearly ten years and currently serves as “of counsel” to Reed, Centracchio & Associates, LLC.
